1 - PROVIDING AUTOMATION PARTS...EVEN IF THEY ARE OBSOLETE
Your automation system is old ! You think that there are no more spare parts available because their original manufacturer once declared their devices to be "obsolete".
THIS IS A MISTAKE !
Many parts can be still provided :
- as reconditioned (also called 'refurbished'),
- but also sometimes as NEW !
What is a 'reconditioned' part ?
A reconditioned part is a part that has already been used or that has been sitting on warehouse shelves for a long time without been used.
CB3i can supply many of these parts to help you maintain your installation on site.
But before to deliver them to you, we execute many operation on them :
- actions : replacing capacitors, batteries, refurbishment of cold welds,
- complete checking process on test benches : repetitive power tests, functional tests,
- visual enhancement: cleaning, removal of unexpected labels attached by customers on site,
- issue of a test certificate (in english) explaining executed actions and tests results
NEW... even if it is OBSOLETE ?
Indeed, although manufacturers frequently decide to declare "obsolete", some of their previous products line, it is often possible to get the same products as NEW !
NEW here means "Never used" and most of the time it comes with the original manufacturer's box, accessories and documentation.
These NEW parts will also be provided with a minimum warranty of 12 months !
