OMEXOM Venissieux was in charge of a consequent automation installation with redundant ethernet network, redundant Schneider Premium PLCs, many HMI,... and thousands of signals to treat coming from 4 electric groups, from numerous electrical protection relais, energy counters, fire system, building security, ...
And CB3i was in charge of the complete SCADA system based on Intouch/Archestra/SQL Server.
- furniture and configuration of IT equipment : redundant computers, monitors, printers, maintenance notebook and Intouch Design and Runtime licenses
- realization of the complete programming of Intouch with all the standard SCADA functionalities : synoptic/database/logger/trends/user admin/data export/diagnosis, maintenance and configuration pages, ...
- compliance with the graphic charter and programming methods imposed by customer on all SCADA systems on the site
- definition with customer and implementation of cybersecurity measures
- definition of a procedure (150 pages) to reinstall and configure step by step a complete software solution from "scratch" (on an empty PC) : Windows, Intouch RunTime, customer specific Intouch and PLC project, automation programming and configuration tools (Intouch Development, Unity, Vijéo Designer, ...), cyber-securities measures including removal of unused Windows services and protocols, blocking of USB ports, ...
- 2-days on site to execute and validate the (long) complete re-installation procedure from scratch on a "dummy" computer provided by customer. The procedure was executed by a non-IT-qualified under the sight of customer IT and Project manager
- training to CEGELEC, OMEXOM, plant operation people, military personnel (customer)
For CB3i, this project lasted about 18 months in several steps from the first studies to the final commissioning. Most of the tasks were performed from CB3i's office, but frequent missions to LYON and TOULON sites took place, for project analysis, progressive testing, commissioning, training...
